The best and the worst moment in the latest episode of Grey's Anatomy, "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" isn't Miranda Bailey's heart attack. Although it's closely adjacent, the most moving thing about this episode isn't necessarily Bailey's health scare, but instead it's the conversation to which this episode contributes. Grey's uses both Bailey and Maggie Pierce to hammer home a pervasive problem plaguing a lot of American women.
