'iZombie' Theory: Whose Head Will End up Under the Guillotine by the End of Season 4?

The iZombie season 4 premiere offered a look at what life is like for zombies in New Seattle now that everyone knows about them, and one of the changes is a guillotine in the street for zombies as part of a zero-tolerance policy. Scratch someone, and the punishment is death.

While the premiere only showed the guillotine smashing a watermelon, it has to be an example of Chekhov's gun (the principle that if there's a rifle hanging on the wall, it later has to go off.) By season's end, a zombie -- and one that we know -- has to be placed under it. Now, that doesn't mean that the zombie has to be killed by it, but I'd be surprised if at least one (even minor) character isn't threatened.
