The Originals Adds Nadine Lewington to Cast: Who Is She Playing?!

Well, this is some exciting casting news.

According to TV Line, Nadine Lewington has joined the cast of The Originals Season 5

Nadine Lewington

The actress will take on the role of Greta Sienna, a “calculating and charismatic vampire” who paraded around Europe in the 1920s and '30s

In recent times, the vampire made her way to New Orleans, and it sounds like she values her family very dearly.

Lewington will first appear on The Originals Season 5 Episode 1, which debuts Friday, April 20 at 9/8c.

Her deal with the soon-to-conclude vampire drama is said to be on a recurring basis, so she will likely be around for most of the final episodes.

Nadine previously worked The Originals' co-executive producer on Containment which had a short run on The CW in 2016.

Here's a fun fact for you: Lewington is married to former The Vampire Diaries star, Michael Malarkey who played Enzo on the show's final four seasons.

The news has been coming in swiftly for the final season of the show. There are a lot of changes afoot, and one of the bigger ones is that Danielle Rose Russell will assume the role of Hope Mikaelson.

That's because the show is taking to the future once again.

Jaime Murray, Aria Shahghasemi, Torrance Coombs and Jedidiah Goodacre are amongst the other new additions to the series.

Production wrapped on The Originals late last year, but there's word that the story could continue in some form.
