Can Rick Keep His Promise for a Better Future on 'The Walking Dead'?

Before Carl dies from a walker bite on the Walking Dead, he tells Rick that he has seen the future, and it's a happy, thriving community. Rick promises to make that vision for the future a reality. But Rick has a lot of pent-up anger, and there are a lot of bad people in the world now, Negan being one of them. So, will Rick be able to keep that promise he made to Carl?
