That was revealed on The Terror Season 1 Episode 4 when the bear attacked once again and everyone on-board had to seek safety.
With people dropping like flies, the captains had to make a harsh, but a sensible rule to save the remainder of the people on the ships.
Also, it became apparent that the region's Inuit culture could hold the key to the team saving themselves.
Was there any truth to it?
