What begins as an investigation into a missing person leads to a team of serial killers in this episode of NCIS: Los Angeles -- and makes for the series' creepiest case yet. At one point, everyone's grateful that they can leave the FBI to handle it, once they learn that the killers struck twice before, but that would be too easy.These killers aren't the only bad guys, as "The Monster" features another man who must be caught. And as Callen gradually learns, it's very personal for Mosley. The only problem is that she's not in charge of the operation, and she ends up butting heads with ATF Special Agent Swan. Can both agencies get a win?
