That was the big question on Bull Season 2 Episode 11 when Bull decided to represent the troubled teen after she was arrested for robbing a jewelry store with an older man.
In order to persuade the jury that the youngster was abused and manipulated by the older man to commit the crime, he had to find a character witness to prove Jemma was a good person.
