Ximena may finally get out of that church after all!
Unfortunately, Ximena has been stuck in Noah's church since prom. That may all change when an upcoming court case may determine whether or not she'll be allowed to step foot outside without ICE coming after her.
The decision has everyone on pins and needles.

Lena, Mariana, and Callie are bored out of their minds. What has them sitting on a couch trying to pass the time? Does it have anything to do with Ximena and her DACA hearing? We'll have to see!

Ximena's lawyer shows up to the church to have a talk with Ximena and the others about her case. If everything goes according to plan, Ximena can have her DACA status renewed so that she can stay with Poppy in America.

The lawyer takes a gander at the demonstrations that Callie and Sean have had about immigration and the ones that Ximena participated in, in order to reach a decision about whether or not she's a threat to the country.

Callie's quest to get Ximena's story out there has worked. There are many supporters out there protesting on Ximena's behalf, and her case has gotten public attention ever since it hit Huffington Post.
5. Judgment Day - The Fosters Season 5 Episode 13
The judge is here to listen to the case and a decision will be made once and for all. Will it go in Ximena's favor? There are so many factors that need to be examined, and it may not be as clear-cut as everyone hopes.
6. Poppy and the Lawyer - The Fosters Season 5 Episode 13
Poppy sits with Ximena's lawyer at a hearing for her sister. She hopes to attest to Ximena's character. If her sister is deported, she will have to go into the foster care system.
