Oliver Should Retire from Vigilante Life on 'Arrow'

Arrow season 6 began with a shocker when Oliver gave up the mantle of Green Arrow and bequeathed it John Diggle. Since then, Oliver has returned to the position of Green Arrow, first to fight Cayden James and now to take on Ricardo Diaz. Yet Diggle still waits in the wings and wants to be reinstated as the Green Arrow -- a desire he made well known, repeatedly, in the episode "Doppleganger." While Oliver currently seems (very) reluctant to give up the job, it would be best for Arrow if Oliver retired and became someone else, something else.
