The NCIS: LA team successfully rescued Hetty from Vietnam, but that doesn't mean that everything should return to normal at OSP. After all, Hetty hasn't just let members of the team return to work after their ordeals, and just because she's Hetty doesn't mean she should.There has to be an adjustment period with Hetty's return, both for her and everyone at the office. While it's good to have everyone back together, some things have changed in her absence. And what she went through can't just be ignored, no matter what else is happening in Los Angeles. (Oh, and as for her retiring? They can easily take care of that. It'll be too weird to not see her back at work.)
