Have Mosley and Harley on 'NCIS: Los Angeles' Become More Likable?

NCIS: Los Angeles kicked off its ninth season with the additions of two new characters, but from the start, there was an "us vs. them" mentality when it came to the team and Executive Assistant Director Shay Mosley and Special Agent Harley Hidoko. That remains true through episode 13, even though there have been some moments that have come across as an attempt to fix some problems from their introductions.

These new characters and the perception of them have also been hurt by the storylines this season, especially when it comes to dividing the work for cases and the absence of Hetty. That's why, while they have become slightly more likable, we have yet to see anything to make us want them to stick around in the OSP office full-time, especially once Hetty (presumably) returns.
