Episode 14 of Grey's Anatomy, titled "Games People Play," was all about breaking the rules, whether personally or professionally. Despite the chaos going on all around her, April continued to try to maintain some sense of law and order, only to be thwarted at every turn, pushing her deeper into a downward spiral. Arizona's research for the Medical Innovation Contest led to the discovery that there's some serious shady business going on with some of the hospital's OBGYNs, and she's determined to get to the bottom of it. With the stunning revelation that both April (Sarah Drew) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) will not be back for season 15, it's safe to assume that their current storylines are paving the way for their exits.
