Can All the 'Arrow' Storylines Actually Connect?

Arrow is keeping us on our toes with a multitude of storylines during season 6, but how does it all connect? Or, more accurately, will it all connect? The writers will need to tie all their disparate threads into a nice little bow ahead of the finale, and at this point in year, it doesn't look as if they can.
